The 2008/2009 season commenced in October. There are two divisions in the league - Premier Division and Division One.

Teams are currently based in Cuckfield and Ditchling.

Playing ability ranges from National league players in the premier to a lower standard at the bottom of division 1. However, each division is very competitive as can be seen from the league tables on the statistics page.

The season starts in early October and concludes early April. Matches are played at home and away basis, with each team playing each other 4 times in the season.

The league issues a handbook to all players, containing the fixtures at the beginning of the season and regular updates of league tables and averages are included in the free magazine, issued twice a year, with an additional update at the end of February.
