In January, a Junior team took on a team from the Horsham league. Captain Ed, Emma, Marcus, David L, Peter and Toby played against older and more experienced opponents in a hard fought match.

At 15-15 with six to play, it appeared a draw was likely, but Horsham edged five of the remaining matches to be worthy winners 20-16 (game count at 54 to 56 was even closer).
