This is a competition available to all teams registered in the league. Players can play for a higher team, but only with the permission of the handicap committee. 

The final was played at Warden Park School on Wednesday 9th April 2008. The result is as follows;

Despite the scoreline, this match involved many close games with an extremely high standard of Table Tennis being played. Concratulations to Mines a Pint!

Rules: Teams comprise of 3 players and the match will be the best of 9 sets. Each set will the best of 5 games, up to 11. If the score reaches 10-10, the game must be won by two clear points. The matches are handicapped and the handicap will be based on each team's strongest 3 players.

The first game of each set will always start with the same initial handicap. The pair with the handicap will have their handicap reduced by one point at the start of the next game. Should the team with the handicap lose the game, they will start the next game with their handicap increased by one point.

The handicap is handed out to teams on the night for rounds 1 and 2, and sent to both teams for the semi-finals.
